Professional Accomplishments
DeAnn received her real estate license in 1991. She believes that you can never stop learning. She has studied and obtained certification for the following; Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of all Realtors* have earned the right to be called a CRS. She has also acquired her broker’s license.
Ken received his real estate license in 1995. Ken has been self- employed in the construction trades since 1973. He enjoys helping clients “See the construction side of their home!”

Fun Facts
DeAnn and Ken have been married since 1974. They have two married children and two wonderful granddaughters. Having raised two children that were very involved in school activities and sports, DeAnn and Ken can understand how valuable time is to families. They try to find you the right home for you with the least amount of inconvenience.
DeAnn was a nurse for 12 years in which she developed her organizational and people skills. Ken has been in the construction trades and successfully managed and marketed his own business since 1974.

DeAnn and Ken are full time realtors. They are members of the Des Moines Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. DeAnn is also a member of the local, state and national chapter of CRS.
